Accounts Payable Lead/Supervisor

Responsibilites:

• Lead and mentor AP Analysts and Specialists and manage standards, KPIs, and controls.
• Review, oversee, and ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, vendor inquiries and onboarding, workflows, cost allocation across fund entities, accrual support, and month-end and period close.
• Participate in preparation of dashboard and reporting for cash outflows, payment aging, and operational metrics and support expense analysis, budget monitoring, and vendor cost
• Work with Fund Accounting, Legal, Tax, and senior management.
• Contribute to AP system enhancements, workflow automation, and platform optimizations

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance, or any related course.
• With 7-8 years of experience in accounts payable in multi-entity/BPO/shared service/international industry.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in team leadership or people management.
• With strong understanding of private equity fund/ fund expense allocation.
• Good to have experience in AP automation platforms
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Night Shift (8PM-5AM)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-4x onsite a month)
