Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for

Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, payment runs, and reconciliations.
  • Experience processing both local and international supplier payments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and expense management platforms such as Concur is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple entities and high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accounting, Finance, or Business-related qualification preferred.

Candidates who are available to start immediately will be highly regarded.

What will you do

  • Process local and overseas supplier payments accurately and on time.
  • Prepare payment files, customer refunds, and supporting documentation.
  • Upload payment files and manually process bank payments where required.
  • Coordinate foreign currency payments and apply exchange rates for international transactions.
  • Monitor payment approvals and ensure completion of payment runs.
  • Post payment journals and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Send payment remittances to suppliers and vendors.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate payment discrepancies.
  • Process employee expense claims, reimbursements, and corporate card transactions through Concur.
  • Manage prepayments, credit notes, and invoice matching activities.
  • Process intercompany transactions and other ad hoc payments.
  • Maintain payment trackers, weekly summaries, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues.
