Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst (Japanese Speaking) with 2–4 years of experience to handle invoice processing, payments, and vendor queries. This role requires strong Japanese language skills to support communication with Japan-based stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate, timely payments
• Handle employee expense (T&E) claims
• Respond to vendor and internal queries via helpdesk
• Support procurement and PO-related activities
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in AP operations (invoicing, payments, T&E, vendor queries)
• Fluent in Japanese (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) – Mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
