ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATION
Location: Clark
Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Arrangement: Onsite

Role Purpose/Job Summary
Manages automated and manual invoice processing, resolves exceptions, coordinates with internal teams, and supports general finance administration tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for the smooth and effective operation of Redmap. Redmap is an automated invoice processing tool. There are manual involvement and management required to ensure that all invoices are ultimately processed into Pronto as required. This requires performing Redmap queue clearing, status reporting and communicating with staff across the business to provide required information and action certain items in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with Redmap for trouble-shooting purposes as required.
  • Processing of some invoices manually in our ERP (Pronto) - invoices that are not processed by Redmap.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as required by organization, these tasks may not relate entirely to accounts payable - for example they may relate to accounts receivable or finance administration tasks. These would be communicated to the employee if required.

Previous Experience
Previous Roles Held (preferred)
  • Exposure to an ERP
  • Some experience in accounts payable and a demonstrated understanding of the basic accounts payable process flow, such as

    1. raise purchase order in ERP, 2. goods receipt items purchased in ERP, 3. process supplier invoice into ERP
  • Experience in processing transactions into an accounting system
Preferred years of experience: At least 3 years performing accounts payable or similar administration-based tasks in an ERP

Qualifications/Skills:
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Sound English
  • Verbal and written communication skills - needs to able to communicate over the phone and email
  • MS Office Skills - Excel, Outlook as per MS Office Skills matrix
  • Able to time manage, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to multitask, prioritize own workload and work independently after 3 months, whilst also still working closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager
  • Ability to work as a member of a team or independently
  • Maintains good attendance and punctuality
  • Able to complete set daily tasks
