Perform basic accounting functions
Book Invoices from Suppliers using the AP system
Maintain the Invoice list of clients for approval
Export Invoices from the AP system
Analyze and maintain Accounts Payable Aging Report
Reconcile Vendor Statements
Process Client Employees Payroll using various third party payroll system
Generate Payroll Reports and Reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close process
Perform other accounting duties and support lower level accountants as required or assigned
Provide input into departments goal setting process
Complete special projects as necessary
Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or other Accounting related courses (CPA License not required)
With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience related to the position
Preferably with payroll processing experience
With a strong MS Office and ERP skills, especially Excel
Typing speed of no less than 40wpm
Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours from 5am to 2pm
Highly independent but a team player
Can work with minimal supervision
With strong communication skills and fluency in English verbally and in writing
