As An Accounts Officer, You Are Responsible For
- Position: Accounts Officer
- Location: Central Luzon

As An Accounts Officer, You Are Responsible For
- Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices and employee expense claims in
- a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of details.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to suppliers, ensuring adherence to
- company policies and payment schedules.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and files.
- Supplier Queries: Address and resolve supplier inquiries regarding payment status,
- discrepancies, and other related matters.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable to general ledger
- accounts.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintenance of accurate
- financial records. Including allocating customer payments and supplier payments.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Process employee credit card transactions and reconcile to
- credit card statements.
- Intercompany Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices and record payments.
- Customer Statements: Assist with customer statements mid-month and at Month end.
- Credit Notes: Process credit notes on request from site managers.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support the finance team with various tasks as needed.
- Other Duties: Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
- Experience in an AU accounting set up in a manufacturing, construction, retailing industry
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role in accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
