Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Management Specialist to oversee client billing, receivables, and account monitoring activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely collections, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain healthy account performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained throughout the billing cycle.
  • Serve as the primary contact for account-related concerns, providing timely responses and clear communication on account status and obligations.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, monitor receivables, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Handle payment tracking, resolve billing discrepancies, and coordinate payment arrangements when necessary within approved guidelines.
  • Analyze account aging and collection reports to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular performance and receivables reports to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure accurate account handling and seamless coordination.
  • Assist in resolving escalated or complex client concerns, providing well-documented recommendations for resolution or approval.
  • Maintain strict accuracy and confidentiality of financial data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and data protection standards.
  • Monitor special accounts requiring close attention, ensuring all transactions and updates are properly documented and traceable for audit purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in billing, collections, or account management, ideally within real estate, property, or related industries.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and receivables management processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other standard productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients and internal teams.
