Job Summary

Support the Accounts Manager with daily accounting and admin operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts Manager with daily accounting tasks to maintain smooth workflow and accurate financial records
• Calculate workers timesheets accurately to ensure correct wage computation and timely payment
• Prepare salary vouchers precisely to support timely and accurate payroll processing
• Prepare and update client invoices to ensure accurate billing and record keeping
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
• Handle petty cash, reimbursements etc
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support accounting and office operations
• Support Tender Department on documentation

Requirement:
Mininum 1 year experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
