Accounts Associate

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants

. Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies

. Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages

. Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll

. Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts

. Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

. Assist in providing financial management services

. Solve complex accounting issues from time to time

. Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects

. Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

. At least 1 year experience in external audit, accounting outsourcing practice and/or fund administration & fund accounting service provider.

. Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or their equivalent

. Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and resilient.

. Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

. IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA and other modern automation tools are highly desired.
