Role Description

Accounting Functions

·      Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and financial transactions.

·      Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

·      Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.

·      Reconcile bank accounts and accounting records.

·      Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.

·      Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and government agencies as needed.

·      Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

·      Monitor and record withholding taxes and secure supporting documents such as BIR Form 2307.

·      Prepare month-end and year-end closing activities.

Payroll Administration

·      Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time.

·      Maintain payroll records, attendance, leave, and other payroll-related data.

·      Coordinate statutory deductions and government contributions.

·      Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee compensation information.

Administrative Functions

·      Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations.

·      Maintain company records, files, and documentation.

·      Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and administrative requirements.

·      Assist in the preparation and processing of company permits, licenses, and registrations.

·      Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and service providers.

·      Support management with administrative reports and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

·   Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

·   Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting, payroll processing, and administrative functions.

·   Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and payroll procedures.

·   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software. Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.

·   Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

·   Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
