As an Accounts Admin Assistant,
You will be handling our client's financial processes. Your duties may include documenting invoices, running payroll, and managing the flow of petty cash. You will also be required to update accounting databases and report any financial discrepancies to management.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
- Work orders (real estate related)
- Day-to-day queries
- Closing of accounts
- Property financial Reporting
- Invoicing (paying bills)
- Request for refunds
- Supplier set-up
- Budget and levy Set-up (normal contributions)
- Special levies
- Bank account reconciliation
- Property set-up
- Portfolio management
- Management fee
- Insurance audits
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is a must!
- Experience in CRM
- Adept at Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite
- Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, BAS, P&L)
- Experience in real estate (could be local) is a plus!
