Job Summary
Advance Law LLC is seeking a responsible and organised Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support the firm's accounting, finance, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and maintain accounting records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
- Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and office management.
- Provide administrative support to legal secretary and accounts team.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the firm.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in accounting and administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organised, meticulous, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
