Job description:
We're currently looking for anAccounting Virtual AssistantwithQUICKBOOKSexperience to join our team. We're in search of a proactive and dedicated individual who can effectively collaborate, providing support across administrative tasks and client interactions.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Accounting experience.
- Computer-literate with proficiency in Google Workspace, as well as other office software.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
- Knowledge or experience on additional accounting software, Xero and Sage is good to have.
- Must have knowledge and experience with Managerial Accounting and Financial Accounting, accounting course practice or accounting major is preferred.
- Must have work experience in bookkeeping and/or with data entry.
- Provide administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
- Be highly patient, with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A quick learning capacity of a product or service
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude
- Able to work on US Time zone crossover with PH time zone from Monday to Friday
Working Conditions:
- Can start ASAP and must be willing to work in the office (Matina, Davao City)
- Amenability to work in a US timezone crossover PH Time (Graveyard)
- If not from Davao City, please confirm if willing to relocate (no relocation package)
