Location: Philippines - Pampanga (Angeles)

Schedule: Morning/Mid/Night shift

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

2.1 AU and US Accounting Training Delivery

  • Facilitate accounting training sessions for learners supporting Australian and United States accounting processes.
  • Explain accounting concepts, workflows, documentation requirements, and common client expectations in a clear and practical way.
  • Use relevant examples, case scenarios, practice activities, and walkthroughs to help learners apply accounting knowledge to real work situations.
  • Support learners in understanding bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting support, and accounting process fundamentals.
  • Monitor learner participation, understanding, completion status, and training-related concerns.

2.2 Accounting Content Creation and Knowledge Base Development

  • Create and update accounting training content such as slide decks, facilitator guides, learner handouts, job aids, quick reference guides, practice files, assessments, and knowledge checks.
  • Develop accounting knowledge base articles, FAQs, process guides, and troubleshooting references for learners and internal support teams.
  • Convert accounting processes, SME inputs, client expectations, and system procedures into clear, structured, and learner-friendly materials.
  • Review and maintain accounting content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with approved training standards.
  • Organize and maintain accounting training files, templates, reference materials, and knowledge base resources for easy access and future updates.

2.3 Xero and QuickBooks Training Support

  • Deliver system-focused training and walkthroughs for intermediate Xero and QuickBooks workflows.
  • Explain common system tasks such as invoice processing, bills, bank feeds, reconciliations, chart of accounts navigation, basic reporting, and transaction review.
  • Create practical demonstrations, exercises, and reference guides to help learners build confidence using Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Capture common learner questions and system challenges to improve future training materials and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts when accounting or system-specific scenarios require validation.

2.4 Schedule Flexibility and Training Operations Support

  • Support shifting schedules as required by training demand, client needs, and AU or US time zone requirements.
  • Coordinate training schedules, reminders, participant lists, training links, materials, and session setup.
  • Prepare training reports, attendance updates, completion trackers, learner progress summaries, and follow-up communication.
  • Support learner follow-ups, completion tracking, attendance concerns, and training inquiries.

2.5 Reports, Research, and Training Documentation

  • Prepare training reports, attendance updates, completion trackers, summaries, and daily training reports.
  • Conduct basic research to support training delivery, material updates, and learner discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records for attendance, completion, learner progress, feedback, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Prepare and share training updates, meeting notes, and follow-up communication when required.

2.6 Other Training Support, Coordination, and Continuous Improvement Responsibilities

  • Support ad hoc training tasks, L&D initiatives, and other team priorities.
  • Coordinate schedules, reminders, participant lists, training links, materials, and session setup.
  • Assist with SOP updates, process documentation, trackers, shared files, and reference materials.
  • Support learner follow-ups, completion tracking, attendance concerns, and training inquiries.
  • Collect feedback, note common questions, and share improvement suggestions with the L&D Team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and perform other training-related tasks as assigned.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • Strong practical knowledge of accounting processes, with the ability to train learners supporting AU and US accounting functions.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks, including common bookkeeping, reconciliation, invoicing, billing, and reporting workflows.
  • Ability to explain accounting concepts clearly, practically, and in a way that supports learner confidence and accuracy.
  • Strong content creation, documentation, knowledge base writing, and process simplification skills.
  • Good facilitation, coaching, communication, and learner support skills.
  • Flexible and dependable, with willingness to support shifting schedules based on AU, US, client, or business requirements.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
