Role
In this role, your mission is to lead and scale a global accounting team with precision and integrity. You will make a direct impact by:
- Mentoring accountants and fostering a high-performance, inclusive team culture
- Overseeing financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, and regulatory alignment
- Driving financial accuracy and efficiency through tech adoption and process improvements
This Role Is for You If
Experience
- You have 510 years in progressive accounting, with 35 years managing teams
- You have US or European accounting experience (restaurant industry background is a plus)
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor&aposs in Accounting or Finance (Masters preferred)
- CPA, CMA, or CA certification strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Youre proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, R365, and advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables)
- Youre experienced in data analytics tools like Syft
Leadership & Strategy
- You have proven success leading cross-functional teams
- You have strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
