About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our Finance & Accounting (F&A) outsourcing function.
This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams across multiple processes - including General Ledger (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Reporting support - spanning multiple sites or branches.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of F&A outsourcing operations across multiple processes and locations
- Ensure consistent achievement of SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide strong people leadership, including team development, engagement, and performance management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance service delivery
- Support sales enablement activities, including case studies, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in BPO or shared services, specifically within Finance & Accounting operations
- Strong understanding of F&A processes (GL/R2R, AP, AR, Billing, Reporting)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams across multiple functions or sites
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- CPA certification is not required, but a solid understanding of F&A outsourcing is essential
