Accounting Team Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for an Accounting Team Lead. The Accounting Team Lead will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely financial records. The role also involves leading and mentoring the accounting team, conducting financial analyses, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of financial controls and processes. Additionally, the Accounting Team Lead will prepare reports for relevant stakeholders and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Statements preparation
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting and Finance
• Excellent Analytical Skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
