Job Description

We're a fast-growing online education company looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to own our monthly close.

You'll categorize transactions across multiple business and personal cards, reconcile every account, separate true business expenses from owner activity, and deliver a clean, accurate monthly financial package we can hand straight to our US CPA.

The ideal hire knows US small-business bookkeeping inside and out, works cleanly in QuickBooks, and can keep messy real-world transaction data organized without constant hand-holding.
