Role Description

The Accounting Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan del Monte. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, preparation and review of financial statements, and coordination of daily transaction recording. The Accounting Supervisor ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, manages account reconciliations, and monitors compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. The role includes supervising and mentoring accounting staff, reviewing their work for accuracy, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Accounting Supervisor also collaborates with management on budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills to prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial information.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements preparation, review, and reconciliation to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools to manage daily accounting entries and reporting processes.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience in supervising accounting teams, managing month-end closing, and implementing internal controls.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work onsite in San Juan del Monte.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growing beauty brand.
