Role Description

The Accounting Supervisor (Tarlac) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tarlac, responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records. This role supervises the preparation and review of financial statements, monitors general ledger entries, and ensures timely and compliant financial reporting. The Accounting Supervisor coordinates with internal teams to support budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial analysis, and ensures proper use of accounting software and systems. The role also includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, supporting audits, implementing internal controls, and mentoring accounting staff to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
  • Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Financial Statements and related accounting principles, including preparation and review for accuracy and compliance.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools used for recording, tracking, and analyzing financial transactions.
  • Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for process and cost improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in supervisory or senior accounting roles, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop accounting team members.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, regulatory compliance, and internal control best practices within the Philippines.
