Accounting Supervisor (Tanauan, Batangas)

• Treasury and Cash Management

Preparation of Monthly Currency Analysis report

Processing of currency conversion for funding requirement

Management of all bank accounts administrative related functions

Petty Cash Custodian (USD)

• Accounts Payable Management

Review of AP RR vouchers

Review of AP vouchers (Freight – Import/Export)

Reconciliation of Payables

• ISO/EMS/OHSAS & IC Documentation & Compliance

Update procedure manuals based on actual practice

Updating EMS/OHSAS documentation

Facilitate Internal Control Documentation including quarterly JSOX (FCRP reporting)

• Monthly Cash Inflows and Outflows

• Participate in 5s and department activities
• Filing of documents

Required candidate attributes

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Good to have: CPA
• With 4-5 years experience as Accounting supervisor or senior level in a manufacturing industry
• Experience in communicating and coordinating with external auditors, consultants, and government agencies is an advantage
• With SAP background
• With residency in Batangas & Laguna area or willing to relocate near Tanauan City, Batangas.

• Onsite arrangement; Lot 1A Phase 1-B, First Philippines Industrial Park, Tanauan City, Batangas
• Work schedule is 7am - 4pm plus 1 Saturday work per month with OT pay
