Accounting Supervisor - SM RETAIL

Job Description

Oversee the daily validation and posting of accounts payable transactions to ensure all payments are legitimate, accurate, and processed in a timely manner

Examine accounting entries related to processed invoices to verify their correctness and compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Regularly review budget reports to identify any variances or potential issues, and provide recommendations for adjustments or corrective actions as needed

Address and resolve billing concerns and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

At least two (2) years proven experience as an Accountant or Accounting Supervisor

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
