Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor located in Manila. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations, prepare and review financial statements, manage financial reporting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Additionally, they will supervise a team of accountants, provide guidance on accounting practices, and support strategic financial planning through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting practices
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial analysis
• Competency in Finance and Accounting principles, with a demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance
• Experience using Accounting Software to streamline processes and maintain financial accuracy
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven leadership skills to supervise and guide an accounting team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in import and export operations is an advantage
