Accounting Supervisor (Makati)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and improving the efficiency of accounting processes.

The Accounting Supervisor will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, work closely with cross-functional departments, and provide valuable financial insights to support management in planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting or financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Amenable to work in Chino Roces, Makati City.
