Accounting Supervisor/Lead

Responsibilities:

• Will manage a team of accountants (5+ FTEs)
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and review reports, variance analysis, and manage month-end closing.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
• With 3 years of professional experience in general accounting and must have 1 year of supervisory experience with minimum 5 FTEs handled in BPO/shared service/international industries.
• Must be knowledgeable in GAAP and proficient in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Employment Type: direct hire and permanent.
• Work Schedule: Mid to night shift (flexible)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-4x onsite a month)
• Location: Pasay City
