Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Davao for an Accounting Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, including managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and preparing and analyzing financial reports. Responsibilities include leading a team of accounting staff, supervising accounts payable and receivable, managing budgets, and conducting financial audits. The role also involves assisting with financial decision-making and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial management skills, including proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial audits
• Experience in supervising and mentoring accounting staff and overseeing day-to-day operations
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial tools
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for financial analysis and decision-making
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience in the agriculture or export industry is advantageous but not required
