Job Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting functions which includes but not limited to the following:
- Recording of AP Invoices and Payments
- Recording of Sales Entries
- Recording of journal entries and month end entries
- Validation of cash deposits from bank
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
- Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
- Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Complete special projects as necessary
- CPA with 3 - 5 years experience related to position
- Experience in public accounting and restaurant industry is preferred
- Experience in multiple location Company is preferred
- Has solid financial statement skills and clear understanding of GAAP
- Strong excel and ERP skills
- Highly independent but team player
- With strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with US working hours (5am to 2pm)
