Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Davao City for an Accounting Supervisor. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations including financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They will manage accounting software, supervise financial transactions, and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves mentoring junior accounting staff and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient financial management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in Accounting Software and solid knowledge of Finance principles
• Proven Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
• Knowledge of local regulatory and tax requirements is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
