- Strong knowledge in Bookkeeping and Taxation
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain tax and regulatory compliance
- Supervise Accounting Assistants
- Manage reconciliations, disbursements, and fixed assets
- Handle month-end closing processes
- Support reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with the Senior Finance Manager
