Position: Accounting Supervisor (AP/AR)
Location: EDSA, Quezon City (Head Office)
Salary: 36,000 42,000
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team!
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Accounting-related course
- At least 3 years of experience, with strong background in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience supervising more than one staff
- With working experience in the same industry (preferred)
- Knowledgeable in any accounting system
- Willing to be based at Multi-Line Head Office in Quezon City
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the accounting department
- Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies
- Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls
- Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Collaborate with other departments to support business goals
