About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and improving the efficiency of accounting processes.
The Accounting Supervisor will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, work closely with cross-functional departments, and provide valuable financial insights to support management in planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in any accounting/financial software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards.
- With a minimum of 5 years of Accounting work experience or preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in an accounting supervisory role.
- Amenable to work in Makati Supermarket Alabang.
