Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA is an advantage
3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the accounting department
Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies
Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation
Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls
Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
Collaborate with other departments to support business goals
