Accounting Staff

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Staff role located in Bacoor. The Accounting Staff will handle the preparation and analysis of financial statements, record and manage journal entries, utilize accounting software effectively, and ensure overall financial accuracy. The role also involves supporting finance-related tasks and conducting various financial analyses to aid in decision-making.

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and proficiency in performing Journal Entries
• Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
• Knowledge of Finance principles and Financial Analysis
• Well-developed Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in real estate or property development is an advantage
• CPA certification is a plus but not required
