Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Carmona for an Accounting Staff position. The Accounting Staff will manage daily financial and accounting tasks, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, recording journal entries, and using accounting software to maintain accurate financial records. This role requires attention to detail, timely management of finance-related transactions, and support in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Journal Entries
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and familiarity with financial tools and systems
• Strong understanding of Finance concepts and practices
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification, while not required, is an advantage
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or related industries is a plus
