Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field
Preferably with 12 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates may apply)
Must be 30 years old above
Knowledgeable In
Basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
Financial reporting and journal entries
Accounts payable and receivable processing
Bank reconciliation
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to handle confidential financial information
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit tax returns and related documentation.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
