Qualifications
Accounting or Business Management Graduate
Willing to do field work if necessary
Work experience of a least 1 year in handling Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bookkeeping and Check Preparation and release.
Living in Manila or Quezon City area
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring their accuracy.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Handle data entry and maintain organized financial documentation.
