Essential Functions
- Record and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Input financial data into accounting systems
- Support the accounting team during audits or tax preparations
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, General Accounting and Taxation or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in in the related field
- Proficient In MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Good in communication skills both in verbal and written.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
