Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Record and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Input financial data into accounting systems
  • Support the accounting team during audits or tax preparations
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, General Accounting and Taxation or a related field
  • At least 2 years experience in in the related field
  • Proficient In MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Good in communication skills both in verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
