Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between Sales and Finance, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs to support self-service adoption and stakeholder capability building.
- Lead change management and engagement initiatives by promoting best practices and sharing actionable business insights.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial processes, while supporting SOX compliance, audits, and governance requirements.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and system enhancement initiatives across Sales and Finance operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, sales, or accounting within a multinational company.
- Proven skills in training needs analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- SAP Vistex experience required
