Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift; Full Onsite

Location: BGC, Taguig

Industry: Shared Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison between Sales and Finance, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and programs to support self-service adoption and stakeholder capability building.
  • Lead change management and engagement initiatives by promoting best practices and sharing actionable business insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial processes, while supporting SOX compliance, audits, and governance requirements.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and system enhancement initiatives across Sales and Finance operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, sales, or accounting within a multinational company.
  • Proven skills in training needs analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • SAP Vistex experience required
