Your role:

The Commissions Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the commissions process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of commission payments. This entry-level, data-focused role is responsible for preparing and uploading commission statements, clearing exceptions, making corrections when applicable, and handling accounting tasks in NetSuite. The role requires keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems, preferably NetSuite
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
