Qualifications
- Associate degree and/or 1+ years of accounting experience.
- Advanced degree and/or professional certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent professionalism, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process new vendor packets, ensuring all required documentation is complete through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately maintain vendor records, including W-9s, insurance certificates, professional licenses, and other required documentation, while meeting established SLAs.
- Validate W-9 information, General Liability, and Workers Compensation insurance documentation within SLA requirements.
- Manage ongoing vendor database maintenance, including tracking document expirations, insurance renewals, regulatory requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency when using internal accounting systems and external partner platforms.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve documentation and processing issues.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
