Job Description

  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
  • Support audit processes and respond to inquiries from auditors.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically 40 hours per week.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to start immediately, go to face to face interview when told so.
  • Applicant should be residing in Pasay or Makati only
