Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in tax preparations, accounting, audit, bookkeeping, payroll, and/ or preparation of statutory financial statements
- Supervisory role is a plus
- Willing to go on fieldwork, as necessary
Job Description:
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of clients while reporting to Managers and above.
- Train, coach, and lead junior team members.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical capabilities.
- Keep up to date with local and national business, regulatory, and economic developments.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives, including identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Continue to strengthen internal relationships and build your PwC brand.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist clients during audits and support the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Prepare payroll computations and related reports.
- Support cash management activities and monitoring of client accounts.
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide accounting, tax compliance, and reporting support to clients in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
