Accounting Shared Services Manager

Job Description

Responsible in leading centralized general accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of financial transactions under Vivant Water Holdings and its Subsidiaries. The role oversees end-to-end accounting processes, audit readiness, and internal controls while serving as the primary accounting partner to internal stakeholders and leading the shared services

team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in general accounting, shared services, or financial operations, with at least 3 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge in IFRS/IAS, financial controls, and accounting operations
• Proven track record in managing accounting teams and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
• Proficient with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
