An Accounting On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) supports the accounting department by performing basic accounting and administrative tasks. The trainee assists in recording financial transactions, organizing accounting records, preparing reports, verifying financial documents, and maintaining accurate data while gaining practical experience in accounting procedures, financial reporting, and office operations under the supervision of accounting professionals.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a university under a required OJT/internship program.
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
