- Overall in-charge for Non-trade payables
- Manual Payment review and approval
- Inventory Management (Count, Reconciliation, Days Supply, Devaluation, Insurance)
- Demo loan inventory monitoring
- FSGA OB, FCT, ACT (IS, Finance, Other expenses)
- Balance Sheet accounts monitoring (Inventory, Accruals, Provision, Non-trade Payables, GR/IR Non-trade (including PO monitoring), Equity)
- Operating Expenses, SSP, PAWS, VIM and Credit Card accruals
- Purchasing function (Vendor maintenance, canvass sheet checking)
- Corporate credit card (monitoring, preparation of summary, liquidation processing and SOA reconciliation)
- Overall in-charge for VIM and SSP (including validation) and APNEWSIS Systems
- Overall in charge for External Audit
- Insurance report checking, PSA and BSP surveys
- Process and Policy improvements (Purchasing, Credit Card)
- Perform other related and/or similar tasks that may be assigned from time to time
