ACCOUNTING STAFF
Position Overview
The Accounting Staff will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and
financial tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient financial record-keeping and
reporting.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including
invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial
transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support
budget planning and forecasting.
Handle routine accounting tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record
maintenance.
Assist in the processing of payroll and employee expense reports.
Monitor and track company expenses, verifying compliance with policies
and procedures.
Support the year-end audit process by preparing necessary documentation
and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect sensitive data.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure
compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Accounting
Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks or other Accounting
software.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements
Must have a good working attitude and a team player
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Willing to work in Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time
Education
Bachelors degree in Accounting course, CPA is advantage
Salary: 18-22k
