Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Officer based in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Starting salary of ₱20,000 - ₱25,000/month for qualified applicants (negotiable based on experience and upon interview) + complete mandated benefits upon hiring.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting, or Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, for accounting, financial reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Knowledgeable in accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, billing, payment monitoring, collections, and reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to maintain accurate financial records and oversee bookkeeping activities.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients regarding billing, payments, collections, and account discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain clear, accurate, and well-documented financial records and invoices.
• High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, invoices, reports, and accounting entries.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts, invoices, payables, and receivables while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills to resolve accounting issues efficiently and minimize operational disruptions.
• Ability to work on-site, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support the organization's financial operations.
