Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to handle financial reporting, billing, collections, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain financial records and prepare reports

Manage billing and collections

Monitor receivables and resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations

Support audits and financial operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in accounting and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Real estate experience is a plus
