Reports to the Managing Director and will work with the Head of Delivery in the Philippines. Must ensure the quality of work outputs from the Philippines delivery teams
Will manage teams of 10 or more in different locations, coordinating with Functional Managers
Develop, monitors and manages KPI's to drive correct behaviors from delivery teams
Builds processes and quality assurance reviews to ensure quality of technical delivery on engagements
Responsible for development of team: Culture & Performance. Must provide motivation and direction to the team to successfully complete a project
Provides and facilitates all technical expertise development and accreditation of Philippine staff
Ensures quality of delivery of Client Engagements across teams. Must be timely and appropriate in generation, dissemination, storage and final disposition of information
Develops the company's Philippine brand image by providing leadership of professional environment
Administration of the company's Philippines compliance obligations
Advises and communicates with Managing Director on strategy of Philippine operation
Philippine budget, financial management and cashflow management. Must establish a process to ensure that a project is completed within an approved budget
Minimum Qualifications
Accounting Firm and/or BPO experience is desirable
Experience in modern cloud accounting software (MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks, SAASU) will be highly regarded
CPA qualified with at least 4-5 years of doing Australian Accounting and its multi-client service environment
Preferably with SMSF experience.
Can demonstrate ability to engage with clients – mainly through e-mail
