Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate is a CPA with extensive experience in accounting leadership, taxation, and ERP process optimization. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Oversee tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and statutory filings
- Develop tax planning strategies to improve tax efficiency
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies
- Serve as the accounting lead for ERP systems, including system enhancements and process improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize accounting workflows
- Strengthen internal controls and recommend process automation initiatives
- Mentor and develop the accounting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong background in taxation and regulatory compliance
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
